Some people have never heard of 'Eggs Benedict', some people may have seen it on a menu once but didn't want to take the risk. Shame on them. Eggs Benedict kicks ass, and I've now started a blog dedicated to finding the perfect serving...

diner shoreditch does a good one.. actually looks a bit nicer than that one - it has ham not crispy bacon.. mmmmmmm

there are a few good spot in brooklyn, nyc... i used to love those egg benedict on sunday morning but havent found any in tokyo yet.
There must be somewhere in Tokyo that does them. Find them eggs benedict Saya!
