art in industry
Last night I went to 'Shunt' at London Bridge where my friend has been putting on an art exhibition. Shunt is some crazy venue under the arches of London Bridge Station where anything goes really. I saw traditional paintings, sculpture, 3D installations, some film screenings, live music, Dj-ing and some live art performances as well as being able to make some soft toys! It was nice to see something outside of the now typical and trendy 'street art' shows.
'aving a swim...
watch out for this folky band, seriously good.
Oh, what was I saying about street art? Oh well, it get's let in everywhere these days..
What you making?
Ahh of course, DEKOBOKO!
This wasn't in there, this is actually Big Ben who I saw on the way home.
I'm dj-ing tomorrow night (Sat) at Shunt for the final night of the show if anyone wants to come on down.

brick lane
Went over East to Brick Lane on Sunday to meet up with Khan and Way from Thaitanium and some of their crew. Just hung out, looked at weird cheap stuff for sale and had some healthy lunch. Nice.
Crooked Tongues BKK BBQ Super Skates!
The craziest old skool video editing machine.
flip-flop button?
After I chilled with some hot girls and ate takoyaki (thanks Fuku!)
Eat la!
Finally I hit up Stolen Space gallery to buy a piece by David Bray which I've been meaning to get for a while. Luckily got the last one. You may recognise his stuff from Various Production record covers. His work is just simply HOT.

Thaifalgar Square
This weekend London's Trafalgar Square was the setting for a one day Thai festival with live performances, Thai food and beer, and other Thai things. I went and checked it out...
Insane, fruit flower carving. I tried it with an orange when I got home... didn't quite work out the same.
Otakuuu.
A gang of police. Always looking for a fight.
I thought I'd give the mango and sticky rice a go at the food stalls. I don't know why because I have been lucky enough to have tried the best ever mango and sticky rice (Thong Lo!) that was brought to me by a beautiful girl last time I was in Thailand.
Yes there is mango, yes the rice is sticky but where's the damn coconut milk and crispy bits?? Unacceptable!
Thaitanium!!
I am pleased London did this, it seemed well organised, had a good vibe and a good mix of performances and was a good promotion of Thailand. I must big up Thaitanium for the tasty dinner hook up too!

AOTG party!
Last night was crazy. For those that don't know AOTG is 'Ahead of the Game' record label which is run by Beni G (mixologists) and Plus One (scratch perverts), and Mysterious Al and myself do all the artwork for the label. Check some stuff out here and here.
Anyway last night was an AOTG party at the Old Queens Head in Islington with Scratch Perverts, Joe Ransom, Martelo (santo gold), Beni g and myself spinning on the decks. Place was packed, by 11pm it was 1 out 1 in, kids were going crazy, Al was drunk, girls everywhere, men were crying in happiness, all in all a great evening.
A sight I never thought I'd see.. Tony Vegas playing dubstep...
AOTG crew!
Hondo represent!
Toshi and his insane custom fixed gear. Kaws frame and crazy other bits.
