balls

Last year I had the pleasure of frequently transporting the Scratch Perverts to gigs all around England & Wales. We've been everywhere together, here, there, and we even once met a deer on the way back from Bristol.
On these long journeys up and down roads like this one there are service stations where you can stop for an over-priced coffee and a stale sandwich. But I began to notice that just about every one of these service stations has a bouncy ball vending machine. So
I began to buy one every time we stopped. I got to know which service stations had them for 50p and which ones had them at a ridiculous £1. I used to pretend to forget to stop at those ones, which resulted in Tony Vegas nearly weeing himself as we drove 20 more miles to the '50p vending machine' services.
So here some of them are. Quite a few didnt make it home after being bounced away into a corner of a car park or eaten by Primecuts.

Which one is your favourite? . . .

Clear
Check out Nemo, some dolphins making love and a squirrel in a wreath.

Marble
Funky mad marble. The most common, always got doubles/triples of these and threw them into the road-side forests for animals to play with.

Crazy Pattern
Check out the matt finish speckled and some Nu Rave flavours.

Glitter
Kind of crazy sparkly/glittery/kira kira filled.

Plain
Good basic solid colours.

Special
Always the hardest to get. See the crazy purple and black horror face, the 2006 World Cup Germany and weird green thing. The plain one doesn't look special but when you bounce it, it lights up red and plays a Christmas song!!! I was so happy that night.

Sports
I remember one week when all the pool balls were stocked into the vending machines. Everywhere had them, but I had to wait a while before they got to the bottom.

Extra Special

franken-ring

Super! crazy! mad! exclusive! mental! heavy! new! limited! Frankensteins monster solid silver ring collaboration between two of my closest friends: hot! dope! slick! illustrator Mysterious Al and the incredible! talented! polite! Toshi @ Dog State. Available only from the best trendy! urban! edgy! streetwear store GoodHood in a limited run of unlucky 13...

This is by far the biggest peice I have seen Toshi produce, it's seriously heavy and sure to give your finger a mini-workout! I have pretty large hands and it makes me look like I have the hand of a child! OOF!

boosh live

Im back! And last night I went to see The Mighty Boosh Live at Brixton Academy! If you don't know about the Boosh yet, shame on you! I'll let you off if you don't live in the U.K but just means I'm bringing the entire series round next time I'm in your 'hood.

Anyways, the place was packed and many crazy fans had dressed up as some of the characters . . . some were too good to not get on camera...

The head of Pie Face Records and the Crack Fox.

Tony Harrison

The Spirit of Jazz

And probably my favorites because one of them is soo good and the other is soooo crap - Bollo and Old Greg !!! Even has the light shining out of his mangina!

Anyway just as the show was about to begin my camera ran out of battery. Yes, professional photographer that I am, well done. Anyways you should go see the show yourselves!

new blog

Some people have never heard of 'Eggs Benedict', some people may have seen it on a menu once but didn't want to take the risk. Shame on them. Eggs Benedict kicks ass, and I've now started a blog dedicated to finding the perfect serving...

EGGS BENADDICT

Anyone is welcome to join and share their experience of one of the best breakfast dishes around.

(Mark shut up about the eggs already)
